Summary
Commercial Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Last-Minute Cleanings
Step in to handle last-minute or emergency cleaning assignments to ensure
client satisfaction.
Prioritize and respond quickly to schedule changes or urgent client needs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality while performing cleaning
tasks.
Quality Inspections
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure cleaning services meet company
standards.
Provide feedback to staff on performance and address any deficiencies.
Document inspection results and share findings with the Branch Manager.
Staff Oversight
Confirm that employees are present at their assigned locations and start their
shifts on time.
Conduct check-ins with cleaning teams during and after shifts to monitor
progress and address issues.
Assist with troubleshooting any staffing or operational challenges in real-time.
Serve as a point of contact for staff to report issues or request support.
Additional Duties
Report any client concerns, complaints, or feedback to the Branch Manager.
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are available and in good working
order.
Assist with employee training as needed.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
