Responsibilities
- Greet prospective tenants and provide them with property tours.
- Showcase the property's amenities, features, and benefits to potential tenants.
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Prepare and review lease agreements with new residents.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships with potential tenants.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and key exchanges.
- Address resident concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with property marketing efforts, including creating listings and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities.
- Any other duties as assigned.
