Salary: $19.95-$25.20 per hour (DOE) / Additional Differentials Must Qualify

Pay Differentials Offered (must qualify through testing or verification):
- Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish: $1.00 per hour
- Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language: $1.00 per hour
- Bimodal Multilingualism - ASL Sign Language: $2.00 per hour
Overview:
As a pillar in the administration of our organization, the finance team works closely together to produce and deliver seamless accounting and financials. The department employs several Fiscal Analysts, each with separable duties and tasks. The responsibilities of a Fiscal Analyst may include monitoring contract drawdowns, invoicing and monitoring accounts, monthly and quarterly reporting on financials, repetitive data entry in the accounting system, and periodic collaborative work with the payroll team. The ability to prioritize and organize projects and meet deadlines is critical. To be a strong candidate, you must possess a friendly, hard-working attitude and ability to work on a team.
Accounts Payable Key Responsibilities:
- Audits accounts payable/ credit card receipts for proper documentation, signatures, etc. Enters bills, reconciles with statements, prints check for signatures.
- Assists employees or vendors by answering questions related to accounts.
- Audits bills/statements for accuracy; contacts vendors to report errors.
- Assists Customers with questions, addresses billing issues, nonpayment of invoices.
Accounts Receivable Key Responsibilities:
- Creates and tracks customer invoices.
- Submits invoices and necessary back-up, as required (copies of receipts, payroll information, etc.).
- Assists Customers with questions, addresses billing issues, nonpayment of invoices.
Education/Experience:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or, technical school; or six
months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Conditions of Employment:
- Must pass a clear background check with CACI, DOJ & FBI.
- CPR and First Aid Certified.
- TB Exam and Physical at the time of employment.
Training Provided:
- RCS provides an in-depth onboarding and training orientation, which includes CPR/First Aid, Crisis Communication/Pro-ACT, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Collaborative Problem Solving, introductions to all RCS departments, and other valuable trainings.
