The Prep Cook will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and upholding high standards of food safety and sanitation.

- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients according to recipes and portion sizes.
- Prepare food items in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards, ensuring freshness and flavor.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper storage and handling of food products.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Support the culinary team during meal service, including plating and garnishing dishes as directed.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills and knowledge. Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a prep cook or kitchen assistant preferred.
