Redwood Credit Union is looking for a Business Services Intern in their Junior or Senior year. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties related to supporting our Members and the Business Services team.
Position Responsibilities:
• Foster positive relationships with other Redwood Credit Union employees.
• Support the Business Services team.
• Collaborate on projects in Business Services to help streamline processes.
• Partner with other business lines to integrate with Business Services.
• Interact with business owners over the phone.
Position Details
• This position is for a full-time, seasonal internship – 40 hours per week.
• This internship will begin on, June 9, 2025, and end on August 15, 2025 (end date can be modified based on fall college schedule).
• Ability to provide a recent transcript will be required during the interview process.
• This position is not eligible for benefits other than what’s required by law.
Compensation
$22/hourly
\n- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Strong service orientation
- Customer service experience
- Basic math skills
- Interest in learning how businesses operate
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must be a Junior or Senior with a minimum of 3.0 GPA

- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Work environment is indoors; majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk.
