Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements
- Process daily deposits accurately
- Utilize Dentrix for patient records and management
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for
Preferred Experience:
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance verification
- Proficient in Dentrix
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous dental experience (required)
Office Hours:
- Monday 10am-6pm
- Tuesday 10am-6pm
- Wednesday 8am-4pm
- Thursday 8am-2pm
