Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently and manage office calendars.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements.
- Accurately process daily deposits.
- Maintain patient records using Dentrix.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every patient feels valued.
Preferred Experience:
- One year of dental experience preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance verification is a huge plus.
- Proficiency in Dentrix software.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Office Hours:
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Alternating Friday/Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
