What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a caring, team-player with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to support our patients and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance
- Treatment planning and presenting options to patients
- Keeping schedules full and efficient
- Collecting payments and managing patient accounts
- Checking patients in and out
Schedule:
- Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM
