Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will assist adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This may include assisting with dietary needs, hygiene routines, grooming, and dressing.
The Direct Support Professional will also redirect behaviors through engaging activities such as walking, reading, games, math, and computer projects. Additionally, they will prepare daily meals, assist with clean-up, and transport clients in company vans (if necessary).
