Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates must possess a minimum education of a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, CPI, and DSP 1 certification. Prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses is highly desirable. Additionally, a valid in-state driver's license, current registration, and insurance are mandatory, along with a driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years.
