Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as an In-Home Staff (HCBS Provider). As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Encouraging clients to participate in community and social activities, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records of service delivery.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
