Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
- 1 year of professional experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses
- CPR/First Aid certification
- DSP 1 certification
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
