Job Description
This is a part-time opportunity to work as an In-Home Staff (HCBS Provider) supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes. You will be providing companionship, personal care, and emotional support to help them live independently.
Responsibilities
- Provides proper documentation with complete and accurate billing, time sheets and reporting documents within the required timelines.
- Maintains & ensures the confidentiality of all member information in their possession and informs member's Coordinator of any changes.
- Encourages members to participate in community, household, and personal care tasks.
- Provide companionship, personal care such as assistance with dressing, feeding, washing and toileting, as well as advice, encouragement, and emotional and psychological support.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Hold a valid Arizona Driver's License (this position requires driving)
- Have documentation of current registration and car insurance
- Clean 39-month motor vehicle report
- Ability to complete training programs and successfully pass associated tests
- Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
