Job Title: In-Home Staff (HCBS Provider)
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate In-Home Staff (HCBS Provider) to provide personal care and support to our clients in their homes. As an In-Home Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Encourage clients to participate in community and household activities
- Maintain client confidentiality and report any concerns or issues to the coordinator
- Document all interactions and services provided to clients
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Clean 39-month motor vehicle report
- Ability to complete training programs and pass associated tests
- Pass background check and fingerprint clearance
