This position is in our corporate office in Everett, WA. Remote or Hybrid schedules are not offered for this position. The HR Coordinator's role is comprised of but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities : < / HR functions including recruitment and onboarding.< / Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.< / Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions in office, over the phone and through email. Oversee the department's email account, regularly checking for incoming messages and responding to and / or forwarding as needed.< / Conducts audits of training files, benefits, and other HR files weekly / monthly.< / Prepares and maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel files, training files, digital files, and documentation.< / Communicates to employees when compliance items, training, and certificates are needed from employees.< / File documents into appropriate employee files.
