- Assist clients with daily routines, including meal preparation and personal care
- Redirect behaviors with engaging activities, such as walking, reading, and games
- Establish positive relationships with our clients
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of professional experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses
- CPR/First Aid certification
- DSP 1 certification
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
