We are seeking a reliable and flexible In-Home Staff (HCBS Provider) to join our team. As an In-Home Staff member, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and their families, providing personal care and support in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Encourage clients to participate in community and household activities
- Maintain client confidentiality and report any concerns or issues to the coordinator
- Document all interactions and services provided to clients
Shift Options:
- Multiple shifts available, including weekdays and weekends
- Average hours per week: 5-15 hours
- Overtime opportunities available
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Clean 39-month motor vehicle report
- Ability to complete training programs and pass associated tests
- Pass background check and fingerprint clearance
