As an In-Home Staff (HCBS Provider), you will be responsible for providing essential support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and personal care
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation
- Participate in training programs and successfully pass associated tests
Requirements:
- Age 18 or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (with clean driving record)
- Current vehicle registration and insurance
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance
