Key Responsibilities:
• Provide companionship and personal care to members, including assistance with daily tasks such as dressing, feeding, and toileting
• Encourage participation in community activities, household chores, and self-care routines
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of member information
• Collaborate with coordinators to develop personalized plans and address specific needs
Requirements:
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprint clearance
• Completion of training programs and passing associated tests
