Job Summary
This part-time position offers the opportunity to work as an In-Home Staff (HCBS Provider) in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Cave Creek, and Buckeye areas. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes.
You will work closely with our clients, encouraging them to participate in daily activities, such as household and personal care tasks, while also offering companionship and emotional support.
Responsibilities
- Provides proper documentation with complete and accurate billing, time sheets and reporting documents within the required timelines.
- Maintains & ensures the confidentiality of all member information in their possession and informs members Coordinator of any changes.
- Encourages members to participate in community, household, and personal care tasks.
- Provide companionship, personal care such as assistance with dressing, feeding, washing and toileting, as well as advice, encouragement, and emotional and psychological support.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Hold a valid Arizona Drivers License (this position requires driving)
- Have documentation of current registration and car insurance
- Clean 39-month motor vehicle report
- Ability to complete training programs and successfully pass associated tests
- Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
