```Duties```
- Assist provider in patient care and support
- Perform medical administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the healthcare facility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EHR (Veradigm)
- Prepare examination rooms and equipment for patient visits
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse and height
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Assist with minor medical procedures and treatments
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as collecting specimens and conducting urine tests
- Prepare and handle medical instruments and supplies, clean and sanitize exam rooms after each patient visit
```Skills```
- Proficient in medical terminology to accurately communicate with healthcare professional
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and dosage calculations
- Strong customer service skills to provide excellent patient care and service
- Ability to provide medical administrative support, including managing patient records and scheduling appointments
- Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and common medical conditions
- Competency in taking accurate vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care with empathy and professionalism, and posses ability to be a team player
