What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Office Admin position at Redwood Insurance Group?
We're looking for a dedicated team member to support our growing office in the Dayton area. We offer a positive environment that promotes work/life balance. Ideal candidate is an outgoing individual, professional, organized and a self-starter to assist with customer care actives. Must be licensed in P&C or able to obtain a license within 6 months.
In this role you will be helping clients from the local community protect their most valuable assets, servicing our existing book of business and assisting with new clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings for staff members.
- Work with prospective clients to schedule appointments and identify customer needs
- Assemble policy packets to send to new clients
- Update policy information with carriers & lenders
- Maintain CRM
- Assist with social media accounts and occasional outside events
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications relevant to office administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling is highly desirable.
- Possess an Ohio P&C License or be willing to obtain one to assist producer with policy management
- A background in personal assistant roles or office management will be beneficial.
Salary : $17 - $20
