Customer Service Coordinator

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and love helping people, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our sales and service teams to support scheduling, track leads, manage estimates, and provide top-notch customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule services and manage daily operations in our CRM system.
• Track leads and assist with follow-up communication.
• Support the sales team with estimates and customer proposals.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to residential and commercial clients.
• Help keep our office organized and efficient.
• Be a key part of a positive, collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy — comfortable using scheduling tools, CRM systems, and basic office technology.
• A positive, team-first attitude.

• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus!
