Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair facilities, buildings, and grounds as assigned through work orders
- Prepare vacated apartment homes for release quickly and professionally
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall tasks
- Maintenance of kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, and garage issues when necessary
- Emergency maintenance as part of an on-call emergency schedule
Required Qualifications:
- ~1 year of general maintenance experience
- ~ Valid driver's license
- ~ High school diploma or equivalent
