As a Facilities Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine and general maintenance on our facilities, buildings, and equipment. This includes preparing vacated apartment homes for release, completing minor repairs, and maintaining the overall appearance of our properties.
Some of the key qualifications for this role include 1 year of general maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Additionally, exceptional customer service skills and apartment maintenance experience are preferred qualifications.
The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also be expected to follow safety standards at all times and work effectively in a team environment.
