Purpose of Your Work:
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst Intern, you will support the process improvement efforts within Managed Services. You will assist with root cause analysis, creating process maps, developing user documentation, and facilitating training for end users.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Assist with root cause analysis by identifying operational inefficiencies, gathering data, and supporting the development of corrective action plans
- Create detailed process maps
- Support the development and maintenance of process documentation including SOPs, user guides
- Facilitate training for employees on new processes and system updates
- Perform other duties as assigned

Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.
Compensation Range:
$20 per hour
The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
