Security Manger
This is a critical life-safety role designed to help the Security Organization keep employees safe and secure. This role will be instrumental in responding to fire related emergencies, life-safety alarms, and emergency situations which occur within the business. As a Fire Response Specialist, you will be the first line of response within the Security Organization to fire and medical events across the business. Further, you will be responsible for investigating fire related incidents and fire training and awareness across the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Respond to all manners of emergencies that occur across the business.
- Physically capable of fighting fires.
- Provide fire awareness training to all business units.
- Work as a liaison between local, state, and federal emergency responders and investigators.
- Conduct patrols at all facilities.
- Work as an Emergency Response Team Leader.
- Assist Corporate Security Specialists with daily tasks and duties.
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years previous experience as a Fire Response Specialist.
- Prior management and leadership experience.
- Experience as a city or county Firefighter is a plus.
- Basic First-Aid, CPR, and AED Certification. Advanced medical training a plus.
- Experience and working knowledge of Video Management and Access Control systems.
- A working knowledge of corporate security best practices and firefighting procedures.
- Ability to engage and work with local, state, and federal first responders.
- Military or public safety experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with OSHA Regulations, specifically 1910 Subpart L App A – Fire Protection)

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
