What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Redwood Residential Property Management?
Redwood Residential PM, Inc. is a locally owned residential property management seeking to add an administrative assistant to compliment our already awesome team in our Santa Rosa office! We manage hundreds of residential homes in Sonoma County ranging from single family homes to small apartment communities. We are an experienced group who enjoy our jobs and quality of life. Pay $24.00/Hour
Here's the job description:
Answer all incoming phone and email contacts.
Respond to all walk-in traffic, including rental inquiries, vendors, owners, and current tenants
Collect rent and issue receipts
Administer marketing for vacant properties
Receive and process application to rent including credit checks and reference verifications
Maintain application log
Create rental agreements, notices and correspondence as directed
Update rental marketing as needed including rental hotline
Create maintenance workorders and contact vendors as requested
Process notices to vacate received from tenants
Oversee office supplies and order as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist property management team as needed
Must be proficient in written and verbal communication (lots of phone and email work)
Professional and positive attitude
Natural curiosity and willingness to learn
Office technology – Internet, MSOffice, Google apps, VoIP phone system, copier/scanner, document management
Ability to stay focused on a task while being interrupted by phone or walk in traffic is critical
Spanish speaking preferred not required.
