We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Redwood Terrace in Escondido. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exemplary care to residents, focusing on their interests and needs.
You will develop awareness of residents' preferences and requirements, assisting them in maximizing their independence and participation in daily activities. Your goal will be to create a safe and supportive environment where residents can thrive.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic care services, including assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist residents with recreational activities and social events
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate: $20.50-$27.00 (Skilled Nursing) or $16.50-$21.00 (Assisted Living)
- Shift differential for PM, NOC, and weekend shifts

Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or current enrollment in a program
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but not required
