Responsibilities & Duties
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Interpret data findings and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience within the mortgage or related industry is preferred
- Experience and knowledge of data analysis and data profiling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and knowledge in information technologies, processes, software development lifecycles, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $62,000 - $86,000. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
