CoreVest is the leading private lender to residential real estate investors nationwide. We provide long-term loans for rental properties and short-term financing for acquisitions and fix-flip projects. The Post-Closing Analyst (Component Services) will be responsible for processing all weekly draws requested from the Capital Markets team. The analyst will draft, obtain signatures and ship out the collateral assignment packages to the custodian. Analyst will be also responsible for recording the assignment of security instruments once the loans are pledged. |
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Include the following but not limited to, other duties may be assigned.
- Draft, obtain signatures and ship out the collateral assignment packages to the custodian
- Coordinate with Post-Closing due diligence teams to obtain any missing principal docs
- Record assignments of security instruments
- Support onboarding processors
- Organizing electronic document images in proprietary systems for all collateral assignments
- Term trailing document follow up, review and shipping to custodian
- Term principal documents review and processing (working with attorneys)
- Support all business aspects of the Post-Closing Component Services team
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple transactions in a fast-paced deal environment
- Perform other related duties or special ad hoc projects as assigned
- Exercise discretion, independent judgment and problem-solving abilities to complete work assignments

- Experience in real estate operations functionality
- Real Estate Title experience preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform multiple assignments
- Customer focused mindset with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this role is $24 -$30/hourly. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
