Position Summary
You will run our digital and growth marketing efforts across business lines and will utilize a test and optimize framework to develop and execute data driven campaigns. You will be responsible for paid advertising, affiliates, SEO, and landing page optimization. You will partner with product marketing and other channel managers to build integrated campaigns with a focus on ROI and business objectives.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Create a digital growth strategy aligned with business KPIs. Build annual forecast and manage to it. Own weekly and monthly growth reporting.
- Design and implement campaigns across multiple digital channels including PPC, affiliates, SEO, and paid social.
- Own marketing performance of business websites including SEO strategy and execution and landing page optimization. Identify optimization levers and run data backed A/B test optimizations.
- Own and optimize the digital customer acquisition funnel. Drive website and landing page optimization
- Work with product marketing and business partners to ensure accurate and up to date content across the RWT websites.
- Test and optimize new digital and non-digital lead sources.
- Track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data driven adjustments.
Required Experience, Skills, & Competencies
- 10 years marketing experience.
- Finance or real estate experience a plus.
- Hands on experience managing digital paid channels (Google, Bing, Meta, affiliate partnerships).
- Experience with non-digital growth channels.
- Strategic thinker able to breakdown and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward.
- Experience working with Wordpress websites.
- Experience building a testing framework to drive campaign and website optimizations.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Loves making a good spreadsheet.
- Strategic, driven, flexible.
- A communication skill (written, verbal). Comfortable interfacing with leadership team.
- Strong stakeholder management and sales partnership experience.
- Email marketing experience (strategy and execution).
- Vendor management.
- Regular travel to Irvine, Denver, NYC, and Charlotte.
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this role is $150k - 187k annually. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
