Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard's o join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, a proactive approach to security, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and take appropriate action.
- Enforce laws and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- A valid security guard certificate or equivalent training is preferred.
