ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Pull doors, inserts and lites after scanning work order with a hand-held scanner
- Stage material in the correct order to supply the shop - inserts on cart to match the order of the doors
- Assure constant production flow by stacking material appropriately
- Make inventory adjustments when indicated
- Communicate constantly with the production scheduler, shop supervisor and department manager to assure continuing production in the shop
- Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
- Meet standards for quality as set forth by the company by inspecting product as pulled
- Assure proper housekeeping and organization on the receiving dock
- Strive to meet team efficiencies for items pulled without compromising accuracy
- Use of forklift and order picker required
- Assist production personnel to remove an RTV or damaged door and replace with a new door
- Assist receiving and/or order pullers when necessary
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience : One year or more related experience
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Computer Skills
Use of computers helpful
Certificates & Licenses
Forklift certification may be helpful - Reeb will provide training and certification
Other Requirements
- Must be able to read and understand English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Good hand and eye coordination
- Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
