Production Team Lead - Pre Prep

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Production Team Lead - Prep to join our VALUES based organization. Compensation starting between $21.50 - $27.06 per hour, based on experience and skill level. In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with keeping work stations stocked with consumables and participate in taking weekly inventory of raw materials used in the department (i.e.. Coil clad, paint, etc.)
• Work with Supervisor to identify items needed for co-workers within the department to complete their daily tasks

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience of doors (Plus)
• Carpentry knowledge (Plus)
• Experience in the building materials industry (Plus)
• Excellent hand and eye coordination and attention to detail is necessary skills to have.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
