Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Paving Foreman to lead and oversee asphalt paving operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in roadway paving, crew leadership, and equipment operation. This role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct paving crews in the field, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Plan and coordinate daily operations, including material deliveries and equipment needs.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Operate and oversee the use of paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, and milling machines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
• Monitor progress and adjust work plans as needed to meet schedules and budgets.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

Qualifications:

✅ 3 years of experience in asphalt paving, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
✅ Strong knowledge of paving operations, equipment, materials, and best practices.
✅ Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
✅ Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
