As an Account Specialist, you are responsible for growing Reece USA’s customer base by focusing on enhancing relationships and servicing key accounts. As the face of the company for large accounts, you engage with customers at critical touchpoints, serve as the expert of existing and emerging product solutions, and deliver optimized and differentiated service.
Additional key responsibilities include: support key organizational initiatives to enhance the customer experience, visit job sites to provide technical solutions for acute problems, and build the technical capability of the team members at the branch.

- High degree of adaptability and resiliency to meet internal and external stakeholders where they are, as well as to accommodate customer needs.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Willingness to travel as required
- Maintain a clean background and driving record

Preferred qualifications:
- Inside Sales experience within the industry
- Experience with CRM & ERP systems (i.e., Salesforce, Eclipse, Mincron)

- Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.

- Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
