Position Overview:
As a Branch Utility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch by wearing many hats. This is an exciting, hands-on position that involves working in the warehouse, interacting with customers as a Counter Sales Representative, and making deliveries as a Delivery Driver. The ideal candidate will be flexible, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to step in wherever needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older
- Applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations (DOT regulations).
- Verifying all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
- Properly load and unload the materials from the truck, and maintain inventory control.
- Operating a vehicle with a combined vehicle weight of 10,001 – 26,000 lbs.
- Driving in various conditions, including urban and construction settings.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in warehouse, counter sales, or delivery driving is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
