The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all customer appointments are scheduled and covered efficiently while adhering to company lead-handling policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales Support: Handle incoming calls and requests from field sales representatives, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- Scheduling: Strategically orchestrate appointment schedules to ensure optimal coverage and minimize conflicts, maintaining seamless operations across the team.
- Policy Compliance: Uphold company lead-handling policies to maximize efficiency and ensure consistent customer engagement standards.
- Coordination: Act as the central point of communication between sales representatives, customers, and internal teams to address scheduling changes or conflicts.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve scheduling challenges, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Technology Utilization: Use scheduling software, CRM systems, and other digital tools to streamline dispatch operations and track performance metrics.
Qualifications:

Hourly Pay Weekly Bonuses Expected Annual Income ranges from 50-65k/year
