Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the replacement window and door industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and excel at closing deals in a single call? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the one-call-close replacement window and door industry and possess strong leadership skills to hire, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and track all sales activities through CRM to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives.
- Train and mentor sales team members, including conducting ride-alongs to provide hands-on coaching.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies to improve results.
- Ensure all sales representatives adhere to company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
