The regional vice president oversees the management of branch office operations, with responsibilities in the areas of recruiting, retention, cost control, budgeting, marketing, training, staff support, and facility leasing and services. Work closely with executive management team to contribute to the development and validation of plans, policies, and objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

- Recommend, develop, and implement programs and long range objectives and strategies designed to enhance the operation of the company and enable it to achieve its goals relative to profitability, cost control, growth, market share, utilization of in-house services, and organizational effectiveness. (30-40%)
- Monitor performance in the areas of profitability, cost control, growth, market share, sales, and utilization of in-house services. Supervise sales managers to ensure operational effectiveness. (30-40%)
- Actively promote affiliated company businesses and works to increase capture rates in those areas. (10%)
- Assists sales managers and sales associates with legal issues and customer/client relations. (5-10%)
- Stay up to date on the market, industry trends, technology, and related sales skills. (5-10%)
- Provides effective and efficient working conditions, space, equipment, and a positive environment that will maximize the effectiveness of sales associates and employees in accomplishing company and branch office objectives. (5-10%)
- Is actively involved in the community and local and state associations of Realtors® so that the company will be viewed in the best possible light by clients, sales associates, staff, competitors, and the public. (5%)

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- Comprehensive real estate experience including sales, training, and/or management.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Consumer relations skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Project management skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple, concurrent tasks and projects.
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
- Valid real estate license.
