As a Customer Relations Specialist for ReechCraft, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the scaffolding & construction industry, assisting with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth order process. You'll maintain proactive communication via inbound and outbound sales calls, support account management, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively. This role is all about delivering exceptional service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Proactively connect with customers via inbound and outbound sales calls, manage CRM entries, and support outside sales representatives and dealers in closing sales.
- Order and Warranty Processing: Create quotes, process sales orders, oversee order fulfillment, manage warranty requests, and provide tracking and status updates.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Respond professionally to emails across multiple inboxes and handle incoming calls efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with internal departments, including sales, accounting, and production, to provide seamless service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track order timelines, generate sales reports, and provide valuable distribution analysis.
Requirements
- 3 years of customer service or inside sales experience
- Experience or familiarity with the scaffolding or construction industry (preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional follow-up abilities.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly to new processes or software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new CRM systems.
- A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving.
