Reed Eye Care in Fairview Heights, IL is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our 9 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for 2 full-time doctors
- Ensure insurance eligibility is completed and process patient payments
- Inform patients regarding services, contact lenses, and/or claims
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Experience working as a receptionist
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Ability to work towards a common goal with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and delegate appropriately
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
