Job Purpose:
Reed Integration, Inc., an innovative small business offering technical, management, and training solutions, has an immediate need for an experienced, part-time/hourly Microsoft Power App Developer to support commercial and federal government clients.
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, have an active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance, and be able to successfully pass a detailed background check.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have professional experience in developing and managing Microsoft Power Apps for complex commercial and government programs and convert existing software applications to Power Automate workflows. Specific responsibilities may include:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Integrate Power Apps with various data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
- Implement business process automation using Power Automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization and insights.
- Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with company and government standards.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform lifecycle maintenance on applications.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree (required) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integration.
- Proficiency in using Power Platform development tools, Common Data Service (CDS), and Dataverse.
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and knowledge of RESTful APIs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Active DoD security clearance.
