Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and implement CNC programs for machining operations, including milling, turning, grinding, and drilling.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create accurate machining instructions.
- Ensure proper selection of tools, cutting speeds, and feed rates based on material properties and machining requirements.
- Conduct machine setup and calibration, ensuring all parameters are correctly configured for optimal performance.
- Conduct regular machine maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Inspect and measure machined parts to verify accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or deviations in the machining process.
- Implement corrective actions to address machining errors and enhance product quality.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of programming activities, machine setups, and quality control checks.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tool selection, and cutting parameters.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
- Familiarity with various types of CNC machines and their operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical education in machining or related field is preferred.
- Certification in CNC programming or machining technology is a plus.

Salary : $26 - $32
