BRAD Service Coordinator
HOURLY RATE: STARTING AT $11.00
EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
AVAILABILITY MUST BE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7 AM TO 6 PM ON MONDAY-FRIDAY WITH ROTATING WEEKENDS, 8 AM TO 4 PM ON SATURDAYS.
Reed-Lallier Chevrolet is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly BRAD Service Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hard-working individual to work for a company that is forward-thinking and innovative.
POSITION DUTIES:
· Answers all incoming phone calls according to management approved incoming call word tracks (scripts) to schedule service visits
· Collects customer’s name, multiple phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses from all incoming service calls
· Logs all customer contacts and comments into DMS/CRM Software and BDC Central
· Contacts customers using management approved outbound phone contact word tracks (scripts) and customer contact lists in CRM software to schedule service appointments
· Confirms scheduled appointments by text/e-mail/phone and leave notes in the CRM software and/or BDC Central
· Contacts “NO SHOW” customer and reschedule their service appointments for a more convenient day and time
· Purifies and updates customer information and contact data in CRM application
· Generates personalized emails confirming web-based service appointments.
· Contacts customers based on ONSTAR notification leads
· Responds to customer web-based requests using email, telephone, and text messaging.
· Contacts internet customers via email and phone to schedule a service appointment
· Checks service voicemail daily (when the light is on)
· Checks the special ordered parts list daily and schedule accordingly
· Responds to chat and schedule accordingly
· Answers incoming dealership calls and transfer to necessary department
· Daily housekeeping that is assigned
· Cross trains within BRAD Department to assist with dealership needs
· Calls customers from GM and dealer manifest lists provided in Global Connect and management staff
· Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
. Alternating Saturday shifts
· Call center experience preferred but not required
· Computer literate
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Detail-orientated
· Ability to follow process & procedures
· Great communication skills
