Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Benefits Manager to join their team. As HR and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s benefits programs, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and managing HR practices to support the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Benefits Program Management

Oversee and manage the company’s benefits offerings, ensuring they are competitive, aligned with industry standards, and meet employee needs.

  • Compliance Management
  • Ensure all HR practices and policies are compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Update policies and procedures as necessary to maintain compliance.

  • Policy Development
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Employee Relations
  • Provide guidance and support to both employees and management in handling employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.

  • HR Audits
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure HR strategies and initiatives align with the company’s overall business objectives.

  • Training and Development
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee training and development to enhance skills, promote career growth, and support employee retention.

  • Confidentiality and Professionalism
  • Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring the privacy and trust of employees and the organization.

    Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on benefits and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • SHRM qualification or equivalent (advantageous).
