Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Benefits Manager to join their team. As HR and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s benefits programs, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and managing HR practices to support the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Benefits Program Management
Oversee and manage the company’s benefits offerings, ensuring they are competitive, aligned with industry standards, and meet employee needs.
Ensure all HR practices and policies are compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Update policies and procedures as necessary to maintain compliance.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture.
Provide guidance and support to both employees and management in handling employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure HR strategies and initiatives align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Lead initiatives focused on employee training and development to enhance skills, promote career growth, and support employee retention.
Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring the privacy and trust of employees and the organization.
