As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
You will lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
About the role:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
