Job Title: Bulk Oil Delivery Driver
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Hours: Monday through Friday, starting at 6 AM
Pay: Starting at $26* per hour, depending on experience
Description:
We are seeking an experienced driver to join our dynamic team, responsible for delivering both bulk/package lubricants and packaged goods. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of fuel and lubricant products to our valued customers.
Our ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of fuel handling procedures and transportation safety protocols is essential.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license preferred (CDL B accepted)
- Tanker endorsement required
- Must have 2 years of verifiable driving experience
- Hazmat endorsement preferred; the company is willing to cover the cost for the applicant to obtain it once hired
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and hazardous material transport
- Excellent driving record with no serious infractions
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
Responsibilities:
- Transport and deliver petroleum products.
- Must be able to operate a lift gate, offload at customer sites, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Load fuel and lubricants from terminals or bulk tanks and safely deliver to multiple customer locations.
- Dispense products via pump systems and record quantities loaded/delivered using an iPad.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle or equipment issues promptly.
- Drive safely and in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
- Ensure safe vehicle operation in all conditions, including heavy traffic, inclement weather, and tight delivery areas.
- Provide outstanding customer service during all deliveries and pickups.
- Assist with packaged goods deliveries when needed.
- Be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to ensure accurate deliveries at high-profile customer sites.
- Maintain all required DOT/OSHA certifications and company safety standards.
- Be available for varied work hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
