Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fuel Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing incoming stock, maintaining warehouse organization, tracking inventory, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment. You'll also assist with inventory control and operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all tank products and inventoried parts.

Monitor stock rotation and transfers, preventing shortages and tracking out-of-stock items.

Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Track product itineraries and manage returns.

Create purchase orders and ensure compliance with vendor policies.

Receive and record incoming inventory including oils, tank parts, and fuel additives.

Organize and maintain inventory systems for accuracy and efficiency.

Lead and support continuous improvement projects for the fuel division.

Load, unload, and move materials by hand or with warehouse equipment.

Count, weigh, sort, and pack/unpack products to ensure safe shipments.

Ensure warehouse safety and report any hazards.

Accurately complete all transactional logs.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Proven warehouse experience.

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and remain on your feet for long periods.

Basic math and solid communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management software.

Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen prior to hiring.
